Born in Colombia, South America, July 5, 1984, Rossanna obtained her law degree (Cum Laude) from Saint Thomas University in Colombia, South America in 2008. She furthered her legal education by obtaining a Master’s of Law Degree (LLM.) in International Business Law, from the University of Bourgogne in Dijon, France in 2009, and earned her second Masters (LLM.) from Mississippi College, School of Law, Summa Cum Laude in May, 2015.
Admitted to practice in Colombia, South America in 2008; admitted to practice law in Louisiana State courts; U.S. District Court, Western District of Louisiana in 2015; Member of the Louisiana State and the 37th Judicial District Bar Associations; and American Inns of Court (Fred J. Fudikar, Jr. Inn of Court).

Rossanna worked with Mixon, Carroll & Frazier as an associate lawyer from 2015 to 2019 serving the local community in domestic, succession and civil litigation. Subsequently, she became a partner of Mixon, Carroll, Frazier & McIlwain, LLC in 2020. Rossanna opened her solo practice in August, 2022 focusing only in Family Law, Successions and Estate Planning.
